Anne M. Boyle is HR Senior Executive and EVP, Leading HR for the Chief Operation Office as well as a member of HRLT and Client Leadership Teams leadership committees. Anne is also the President of the Pride (LGBTQ+) Employee Resource Network at Wells Fargo.
A Human Resources veteran with 35 years of experience in HR leadership roles in the Asset Management, Wealth Management, Institutional and Wholesale Banking, Investment Banking and Pharmaceuticals industries, Anne served as Managing Director, Head of HR, Operations of Bank of New York Mellon from May 2006 to November 2020, where she led HR for Operations. Prior to that she led HR for Asset Management, Wealth Management, Corporate Trust, and Capital Markets. Anne was a VP at Lehman Brothers and a Senior HRBP at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals from 2003 to 2006. Anne briefly taught in the NYC Department of Education as a 5th grade common branch teacher through the NYC Teaching Fellows Program.
Previously, she was a Senior Vice President and CHRO of Commerzbank Capital Markets Corp and a CAO in their Equity and Fixed Income Division. She also was Vice President and Senior HR Business Partner of the Investment Banking and Equity Division of NatWest Markets and National Westminster Bank Plc, its predecessor company.
Anne earned her A.A.S and B.S. degrees in Business Management and Finance from CUNY and pursued her M.S. Ed from Brooklyn College, CUNY. Anne also received her MS in HR at Cornell University.
Anne previously served on the board of trustees of The Staten Island Children’s Museum and is an active volunteer with Project Hospitality. She lives in New York City with her partner. Anne is a mother of a son, Jonathan who is in the US Air Force.
