The Center for Integrative Behavioral Medicine serves the Staten Island community with evaluation and referral services, mental health services, as well as substance abuse treatment and other specialized programs. Located at 1130 South Avenue in Staten Island, NY – on the grounds of the Hilton Garden Inn – our facility is easily accessible by public transportation, whether you’re coming from Brooklyn, Manhattan or Long Island, NY or Newark, NJ.

Hours: 
Monday and Wednesday: 8:30am-7:00pm
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm

Services offered at this location:

The Center for Integrative Behavioral Medicine offers outpatient services for those with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. Our services include:

  • Evaluation and Referral
  • Psychiatric Disorder and Substance/Alcohol Abuse Programs
  • Developmental Disability Program
  • Partial Hospitalization Program

St. George Co-Occurring Clinic
The St. George Co-occurring clinic provides comprehensive psychiatric and addiction services to people 18 years and older. Treatment may include but is not limited to individual and group therapy, marital and couples therapy, diagnostic services and medication management including injectable medication, urine drug screening and crisis intervention. Treatment plans and frequency of treatment are developed with your therapist depending on your clinical needs at the time of intake. Services are provided by licensed social workers, licensed mental health counselors and psychiatrists. Patients are admitted to the clinic via our evaluation and referral department.

Community Treatment Clinic
The Community Treatment Clinic is a behavioral health clinic providing comprehensive services to individuals 18 years and older who are developmentally disabled with a psychiatric diagnosis. Services include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, individual, group therapy, marital and family therapy provided by licensed social workers and psychiatrists. Patients are admitted to the clinic via our evaluation and referral department.

Silberstein Clinic
The Silberstein Clinic provides outpatient treatment for people 18 years of age and older who struggle with problems of addiction and most related mental health issues. Treatment may include; evaluation and diagnostic services, individual and group therapy, couples or family therapy, on-site AA meetings, medical evaluation and services, suboxone/buprenorphine and vivitrol treatment, DWI assessments and urine drug testing. In addition, specialized services are provided for mandated populations that include individuals on parole, probation and/or involved with TASC or Staten Island Treatment Court, and ACS. Patients are admitted to the clinic via our evaluation and referral department or through direct referral.

Staten Island CDT
Continuing Day Treatment Program with a conversion to the PROS model in the near future. SI CDT treats patients with both psychiatric and substance abuse related disorders. We are recovery-oriented and client-centered. We offer group therapy, individual therapy, medication management and vocational preparation for competitive employment. Patients are admitted to the clinic via our evaluation and referral department.
