Charlotte Sciarrino has always been a person who enjoys pitching in. After moving to Staten Island in 2005, she immediately became very involved in her children’s school, Building Blocks Montessori, and all things involving her family. She volunteered as her sons Cub Scout leader and CYO basketball coach for five years, in addition to being the girls high school basketball coach at Staten Island Academy for five years.
Charlotte has also devoted her time to the Eger Harbor House and is also a very dedicated member of the Staten Island Giving Circle, serving as the leader of their Literacy Group.
A schoolteacher by trade, she has more recently become a health coach with her own practice. She has implemented a more holistic approach to RUMC by fostering a relationship with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and incorporating their lifestyle medicine course to all residents at RUMC. Charlotte also volunteers at Susan Wagner High School’s RUMC Health Center, helping students interested in improving their health.
In her free time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and exercising and also enjoys learning new things. Currently, she is working on developing a health coaching workshop to bring to non-profits and any organizations looking to help their clients or patients feel their best naturally.
