Dennis Quirk
Dennis Quirk is the President of the New York State Court Officers Association, a post he has held for 37 years. Mr. Quirk, a Todt Hill resident, is a graduate of St. Augustine High School and St. Francis College. He is involved in a number of Staten Island organizations, including Board Chair of the Seton Foundation of Learning and Board Vice Chair of the St. Joseph by-the-Sea High School. |
