Daniel Paulo, M.D.

Dr. Daniel Paulo is the President of the medical staff at RUMC. He has been in private practice on Staten Island since 1965. He is a board-certified internist with a subspecialty in gastroenterology. A member of the Richmond County Medical Society, the New York State Medical Society, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the American Medical Association, he is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology. He has been an attending physician at the former St. Vincent’s Hospital since 1965. He is also an attending physician at Carmel Richmond Nursing Home and at RUMC’s services at the Bayley Seton campus. Dr. Paulo is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in Medicine at New York Medical College. He has served on the Board of Directors of the New York City Health and Hospital Corporation as Chairman of the Medical and Professional Affairs Committee and Vice Chairman of the Board. He was a member of the Board of the former St. Vincent’s Medical Center.
